I had a lot of hopes for T-Tapp just because so many women in the forums
had seemed to lose weight and had reduced pain when dealing with
fibromyalgia. For me though, I have been doing this for about 3 months
and I have gained weight and my pain level is about the same, it may be
about 7-10% better but it’s really hard to tell. I will keep trying for
another month or so before switching to a different workout.
