I decided to try out some t-tapp workout videos because a few people 
in the forums had mentioned that it helped them with their fibromyalgia 
pain. Since I’ve been sick for a very long time I know better than to 
get my hopes up but I needed a new workout anyways.
I’ve been doing this for about three months and have gained weight 
and a few inches too. I have noticed a slight decrease in my pain level.
 I’m going to keep trying this for a few months to see how it 
progresses.
