These past few weeks have been really rough for me, and what’s worse is
that I know better. I haven’t been sleeping well at all and haven’t had
the strength to cook a decent meal or exercise in weeks. Then just last
night I realized that I am looking at it the wrong way. I need to be
exercising and eating right regardless of how I’m sleeping because at
the very least it will help with some of the pain. I know I have figured
this out many times before but it’s something that’s so easy to forget
when I’m in pain.
